I founded 'Fitworx360' 5 years ago when I retrained as a Personal Trainer after working for almost a decade in business & administration management. The years behind the desk took a toll on my posture and after my daughter was born I decided to leave my job and fully focus on fitness and health.
I started practising Pilates to ged rid of back pain and to improve my posture and muscular imbalances. Since then, my passion for Pilates and desire for deeper understanding of body and mind connection led me to qualify as a Pilates Instructor. I have since worked with a wide range of clients focusing on improving their quality of life by strengthening, mobilising and realigning their bodies.
Being a busy woman and a mum myself, I strongly believe in self care and am passionate about the benefits of Pilates which go far beyond simple core strength and flexibility - Pilates is a way of life, it is a foundation to everyday activities.
